Most e-commerce leaders optimize. I rebuild the engine. At BirdRock Brands, I inherited a business bleeding margin on every order — no item-level profitability, no bid logic, no data infrastructure. I built the team, built the systems, and drove a full turnaround that led to an 8-figure strategic acquisition. That's the kind of operator I am: I don't just set strategy — I hire the people, build the infrastructure, and stay until the number moves.
I've launched brands from zero to seven-figure run rates on Amazon and DTC in under 12 months, and helped several grow from seven to eight and even nine figures in revenue — profitably. The common thread: building high-performing cross-functional teams, obsessing over unit economics, and creating systems that compound.
The thing nobody expects: I write production software. Not dashboards-as-a-hobby — three full SaaS applications with 1,500+ automated tests, data pipelines processing 3.5M ad targets nightly, and an AI agent system with 50+ autonomous skills. When I see a manual process costing a team 10 hours a week, I don't hire — I ship code.
